Thermowells

Manufactured from solid 304 stainless steel barstock, DKD Thermowells are available in many threaded combinations and sizes from 2″ – 6″. The versatility of this design allows easily install in many piping configurations.

Gauges

The Model 1550 and 1553 are 2-1/2″ (63mm) and 4″ (100mm) affordable liquid filled gauges that have all 316 stainless steel wetted parts. They are designed to endure the harsh environments of chemical and petrochemical processing plants. Liquid filling extends the life of a dry gauge in these environments by protecting the movement from vibration and dampening any shocks the gauge may experience.

The liquid filling also improves readability by minimizing the vibration that is transferred to the pointer. Glycerin is the standard fill fluid, with silicone and mineral oil available upon request. These gauges are also available dry, and can be filled by DKD.

Needle Valves

We offer a line of precision standard and mini needle valves. They are available in a variety of options and sizes. These high quality needle valves offer smooth torque and leak free performance at an outstanding value.

Ball Valves

Our top-quality ball valves are available in a variety of sizes and options, such as locking handles, one or two-piece seals, fire-safe, and different PSI options. Standard ball valves have Teflon seats, seals, packing and thrust washers. All threaded ball valves come in full port, full bore and reduced port, reduced bore options.

Our ball valves are quality built for smooth torque and leak free performance. These are available in 316 stainless steel or carbon steel options with threaded connections. Additional options include: Fire-safe, full port, reduced port, locking handle, one-piece, two-piece seal welded, 1000 PSI and 2000 PSI.
